Is a multidisciplinary project centered around participatory performance classes.
The method utilises an allegorical anatomical lexicon to address human physiology.
Renaming the myoskeletal system and vital organs as human virtues, assets, apirations and success values of contemporary society.
The project started in 2018 and its ongoing.Earlier iterations focused on the body parts cued in a Pilates regime.
Eg; the navel: The Talent Point, the perineum: The Inspiration Point, the chest: The Best, the arms: Charms, etc.
Nowadays, the method evolves along with my research into more intricate dictionaries of anatomical and energetical systems.
Manifests as pragmatic spaces for energetic recharge and somatic awareness with snippets of shared universal consciousness.
Materialises as; performances, texts, diagrams, video tutorials, sound works, workshops, and everything in between.

Is a participatory performance in times of social isolation.
Ten online classes, thirty minutes each, live-streamed weekly.
Each week the project introduced survival kits relative to the lockdown reality.
Holistic strategies composed by: Pilates, Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Gyrokinesis, TCM Meridians, Vedic Acupressure, Chakra cleansing, Humming and Pranayama breathing techniques.
Oftentimes a household item is used as an exercise prop.

In The Anastasia Method Breathing Meditation the act of inspiration and expiration is mirroring the cycle of life. A circular breathing technique should start from the bottom of the energy centres aka the Inspiration Point* and travel upwards like a wave. In this breathing circle we aim to fill up our Talent Point*, enhance our Emancipation Point *and then fully open our Liberation Point before the air is released as we Want* with effortless effort.
The act of effortless effort is a natural law of nature. It is based on the fact that nature's intelligence functions with effortless ease and abandoned carefreeness.
The Moment is a space where the physical body is functioning under the Parasympathetic Resistance Sector*. A rest and digest, relax and restore mode where the most of the vital organs are regenerating and glands of the Endo-Economic System are favourably producing neurotransmitters and hormones such as serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.
The Moment is made possible when the body squeezes in all Inspiration* directs it upwards and holds it tight on the top of the Radical Explanation* to make questions sparkle.
